There are eight marvelous beaches in the municipality of Conde.

Gramame – Located along the northern border of the municipality where it abuts that of João Pessoa, the Gramame river flows into the Atlantic Ocean. It is an enjoyable place to swim, but be cautious as the river tends to be rough and dangerous. The beach has a number of food kiosks and bars.

Amor – Amor, the Portuguese for “love,” is a beach where indigenous tribes had their marriage ceremonies. A large rock with a hole promises a permanent relationship to couples that step through it. The sea is calm and protected. You will find some simple kiosks to get refreshments.

Jacumã – a more urbanized area with many places to get food and drink delivered to your chair on the beach.

Carapibus - The beaches are backed by cliffs and the sand beaches, broken by areas of rocks which produce a series of natural pools at low tide. A lagoon provides a secure and safe place for small children to play and swim. The local fishing fleet is based in Carapibus.

Tabatinga – With two lagoons fed by rivers, the bays are calm and warm. Bars on the beach serve food and drinks.

Coqueirinho – One of the most popular beaches of the area, it is often featured in tourist publications. Backed by coconut trees, the sea is protected and the bay shallow, making it a popular place for families with children. There are a selection of bars and food kiosks that serve the umbrellaed tables.

Tambaba – The best known beach in the state, it has been named one of the ten best beaches of Brazil. It is the only official naturist beach of the Northeast and will host the 2008 International Naturist convention. The beach is divided into two parts by a natural barrier, separating the naturist beach from one requiring bathing suits. You will find bars and food available.

Garaú/Praia Bela – The southernmost beach of the municipality, where the Garaú River forms a boundary with the neighboring Pitambu, is the popular Praia Bela. You will find food kiosks but bars are lacking.
